| A traditional Croft, Glenside was built in the late 19th Century. In 2002 it was extensively modernised to an exceptionally high standard.
The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, and a Kitchen/Living Room. With modern central heating as well as a log burner the croft is a comfortable warm place for a couple or small family to stay.
The double bedroom includes two double fitted wardrobes, central heating, with panoramic views to "Tap O North" an extinct volcano at Rhynie, some 25 miles distant.
The modern bathroom is well equipped and includes a shower unit.
The kitchen/living room includes an electric oven/hob and fridge with ample space for a dining area and sofa bed which will sleep an additional 2 people.
Laundry facilities are available from the main Glenside property if required.
Linen/towels are included.
Patio doors lead to a private courtyard patio area surrounded by an established flower garden.
There is an ample parking area around the property.
